Shake before use. For best results apply gereously to all exposed areas 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently and after swimming, exercise, excessive perspiration or towel drying. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. Wearing protective clothing, hats and eyewear is important. Store below 30 degrees celcius.
